I got a call from tatasky telling about VOD service. I was informed that wifi dongle will be installed for a 1 time payment of ? 300 ,after which all videos can be watched free of cost. I agreed to it and an engineer came to install it.after installation i got to know that i was misled as almost all videos are paid. If i have been told this earlier, i would have not agreed for it. We can watch these videos by other ways as well on internet for free.. Since this product has been sold to me by false and incomplete information, i would like to return it back. I have given the same statement to 3 tatasky executives. But no response was given to me .i have auto generated mails received from tata sky with my service reference number as a proof

Its not just about the money i paid, but the terms on which a company sells its product or services . So i would like to return their product back.
