I have been using Tata Sky services (ID Number 1115196790) since October 24th 2013. I have paid Rs 12700 for my first year subscription and the present year subscription was paid in full in 2015. This year I am facing enormous issue of Tata Sky Services, following are few of them 1. Very frequent interruption 2. Tata Sky technical team is completely non-cooperative 3. Since March 21-2015 my set up box is completely not working (Work Order Number: H9MOMAT). After several calls and lot of assurance nobody has come forward and solve those issues 4. On May 16th I came to know (from your team) that above complaint was closed (without solving issues) 5. I tried to pursue your team members and requested them to solve this problem and I was given false assurance and false timelines. Waited for whole day (May 17th-2015) for your technician appearance and later Mr. Abhisek Singh from Tata Sky Senior Team member (claimed to be the supreme authority of that issue) told me that issue is not going to be solved immediately.

I like to return my money with interest and compensation for three days (they kept me waiting at home) and an apology for non-co-operation
