My name is Indira Benshah and my ID : 1065461137. From the last 15 days we are not able to watch our 2nd Multi Tv as the Error 14 is showing up. We have lodged a request on 12-8-2013 Work order No: 1-22272881714 but up to this date we are not able to watch the Tv. Our Digi Card No: 000038717591. Digi Box No: 943148958904

Please solve the problem as soon as possible and the Government of India must introduce a penatly clause for service providers who fail to provide service beyond a certain time and also introduce DTH Portability without having to BUY set top box.
