I had applied to book a home with TATA VALUE HOMES Project Inora Park PUNE. (Registered Office TATA Value Homes, 12th Floor, Times Tower, Kamala Mills Compound, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai 400013). Paid Rs.40000/= online against Expression of Interest. In the booking site the available floors and available no. of flats was not mentioned. I assumed that these will be allotted as per buyer”s choice. But after booking, only limited numbers were offered to choose.Hence I had not submitted application for the flats available not as per my choice. As flat of my choice was not offered to me, I requested Tata Value Homes to refund my Rs.40000/=, but they are not refunding in spite of my numerous request mails for the same. Tata Value Homes web site indicates “The booking amount of INR 40,000/only, paid by the User for booking a flat is an Expression of Interest by the User towards the flat/apartment in the TATA Value Homes project and does not confer ownership rights in the booked flat/apartment.” Tata value Homes had not mentioned anything about available flats in their web site, hence I assumed that flat of my choice will be offered but they disclosed the limited number of flats only after receipt of Rs.40000/= from me. Hence I had not submitted application for the flats available not as per my choice. As flat of my choice was not offered to me, I requested Tata Value Homes to refund my Rs.40000/=, which they are not refunding. Kindly intervene and instruct Tata Value Homes to refund my Rs.40000/= at the earliest. Thanks, Umesh Chandra Chaudhary
