Ordered for micromax minip410i and dmg flip cover for the tab on 7/2/2015 vide order no 4829419512 tab delivered on 12/2/2015 tab was used and there were old videos and dialed calls i requested to replace the tab on 14/2/2015 and the same was collected by jv exp vide pick up receipt 45475758 snap deal also sent return request vide mail dated:19/2/2014 and promised to replace it by 4 to 7 days suddenly order was cancelled on 24/2/2015 and mail sent to me on 24/2/2015 amount was refunded on 24/2/2015 without my conscent and without my knowledge

The product was meant to gift some one but to my surprise when the person come to know about the used tab he told me regarding the matter i feel insulted and annoyed he insulted me infront of 20 persons i feel cheated and harassed by snap deal. I want snapdeal to compensate for defamation which i have to bear infront of many people and my family i want snap deal to compensate in monetary terms of rs 400000/- as defamation
