On 16th October 2014, my tatasky A/C(SubID:1062006455) got recharged with 3250. then after 1 week, i got a call from tatasky pune and spoke in Hindi that to take HD setup box as my a/c have more balance. Then i said OK. Then they have approved a request for HD box and and have deducted around 1100 rs for that and around 2300 for annual package which i have not at all requested for. Again after 3 weeks, i got a call from Tatasky Pune and told that 3250/- has wrongly updated for you and we will reverse the amount forcefully. Then i told to reverse that tatasky HD setup box and give me my old setup box. then they denied to give it and reversed my balance with out my consent. then my a/c balance went to -1200/- and stopped my services. Then again i had to recharge with 1200 + so that i have to watch channels. Now again on 05th December 2014 i was again recharged with 3000/- with out my notice. and again same call came from tatasky and spoke with me in hindi and told that he is activating 1 year package and deducted 2530/- from my balance. and again today i.e., on 17th December 2014 i got a call from Pune Tatasky and again telling that its a wrong recharge and reversing the amount of 3000/- from my account. again same issue. my balance will become less as 1 year subscription has been activated to my account. This is unfair. i think its some kind of sales or promotion strategy from tatasky which is wrong. Cheating Customers

I Need compensation of money and also an explanation why forcefully deducted amount with out my permission.
