I had purchased the Tataswach Cristella one month before, and it is not working properly from starting , first time i complaint on the customer care no dated on Ist january 2014 as per their commitment they say they will resolve it within 48hours, but no action has been taken and yhe complaint no is TSDL0101201439007, then i call them repeated three time but no action has been taken still date 16-01-2014.

I want Compensation from them fro one month Water supply from outside vendor.Please help to resolve
