I booked a Cab from Taxi For Sure night before my trip on 19th May for arrival at 9:30AM They sent a SMS for arrival but within some time the SMS for Trip finish came saying Rs. 122 trip charge has been deducted from Wallet. I registered for a call back (they don’t have a call customer facility) I again did it 4 times till now. Messages on Twitter, Registered a complaint. But no response yet. I had booked another cab right away at the moment after i realized this got cancelled which is my proof.

Compensation of Rs.1000 for fault in execution and irresponsible costumer care.
