when i filed TDR irctc told tdr refund is not under them it seprate process which suppose to be done by indian railway.And when train was delayed more than 10hrs my brother not travelled by Azad hind exp 12130 with pnr.6121509279 and railway told passanger travelled.And 2 tdr of pnr is pending pnr.8502409750,8216285714.
