Telebrandindia selling defective Air lounge sofa

I have purchased a Airlounge sofa from Tele brands India thrugh online. The product got delivered on 5th April 2013. I found the product defective and i informed the customer care of telebrands about the defective product and requested them to change it. The telebrands customer care did nt bother me to give any reply . I have the sent email dated 6th april. I tried to call several times but with no response.
