we (me & my wife) had ordered a fitness oriented product from telebrands india, and had provided our credit card information to process the order. however we waited the product for 3 – 4 days. neither our card was charged nor the product was delivered,no progress was shown,so we decided to cancel the order and we called 9223100xxx and cancelled the order asked the rep if we can get any confirmation saying that the order is cancelled he said no need your order is cancelled. then after a week on 08th aug 2014 our card was charged for Rs 5375/- on 9th aug 2014 we wrote a mail to support@telebrandsindia.com and also called them on 9223100xxx they said it will take 7 working days. till date i have not received my money back.

We want our money back and want to do all that is possible to make sure this is not happened again with anyone
