I have booked a product (table mate) from telebuy in the month of August. Till date Telebuy was not able to deliver, but the staff kept on calling me every alternative days to CONFIRM my address and whether the product can be delivered on the same day. But these promises always remained as a promise only. I wish and suggest if TELEBUY cannot stand by its words better stay away from this job or at least search for new guys who may be having faith on telebuy. Instead of taking time out to give calls six to seven times a day to same number making false promises staff should show the courage enough to say “SORRY, PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE. LOOK AT SOME OTHER SOURCES”
