I have ordered for a Slimming Belt August 28 2014. Order number: 933613178. The payment of Rs 3419.10 was done from ICICI Credit Card. The product was supposed to receive within 3 days from booking. But till date I haven’t received anything. Several follow ups went into vain. I have talked with CSE Nitya and she told that the product was not in stock so I told her to do a refund but nothing has happened as of now Please help.

I want the money to be refunded and also punishment of the Vendor for my harassment
