placed an order from TV advertisement of Q-Tea of “Shop2u Teleshop services“. I received the order on 2nd July 2014. Complaint against the product was filed immediately. Instead of sending the product i.e. Q-Tea which is a consumable tea, they sent me some wearables called nazar vachak yantra. After repeatedly calling them to change the product, now they are saying the product is out of stock. I don’t think they are ready to resolve the issue as they din’t ask for my address or any details which will help them send me the correct product.

I want the correct product or refund for the same
