I have been a voracious reader of Hindu newspaper for years. Recently, i have subscribed to the annual special subscription scheme which is 333 Rs. Agent has promised newspaper from August 16th and a Hindu carry bag as complimentary. Money has been deducted from my account but there is not trace paper yet till date, leave alone the bag. I have been asking the agent and the Hindu officials(on phone) to resolve the issue, but in vain. I am frustrated and disgruntled. Recently, I came to know that many consumers are ditched this way. So, I would like to make a strong voice of this. It has been 3 months already. I would like to see this resolved soon , lest I will file a complaint in the PS.
