THE MOBILE STORE- Delay in Delivery Despite Advance Payment

I had placed an order for Micromax Canvas Knight A350 – Black on 16 October 2014 at THE MOBILE STORE online and made payment of Rs. 14275/- at the time of placing the order. Expected time of dispatch was 4-5 days but the same has not yet been dispatched. whenever I mailed them regarding the matter I got an email that it will be dispatched in 2-4 days. I requested them to refund money they are saying that request has been sent to concerned team. Whenever I contacted to their customer care no. they are saying that order will be dispatched in next 2-4 days and refund if any will be made in 10 days…and it cost around Rs.10-15/- every time i contacted to their customer care no. So clearly they are neither delivering the product nor refunding my money.

I want my money back along with interest and the difference between the amount that i have to pay for the same handset now.
