Plese refer to above matter. The Pop-Up Toaster, Kenwood, what you serviced faking more than three months and deliverd on 20th Jul 2013; has gone unserviceable agaiin with same problem! It did not serve even for a month! Now, take note of the issue and arrange to address the problem at your own expenses with collection and dlivery of the item in question, ASAP.
