My Name is Sangya Singh. I ordered a Micromax Unite 2 (grey) Smartphone from the online store ‘themobilestore.com‘ on 7th June, 2014. But unfortunately, after 6 days, i.e on 13th of June, 2014, I got a call from the online store that Grey color was out of stock so they can send me the White one after two days and if I wanted the Grey one, I will have to wait for 20-25 days so that it will be in stock again. As I didn’t wanted the White handset, I cancelled the order the same day, and I was told that I will get my refundwhen I checked of Rs. 6999 within 72 hours. But when I checked my account on 16th June, I had not received the refund so I called them again, this time they said it will take 3-5 days. So I had no option but wait. I called to the toll free number again and someone called Priyanka replied that i will get the refund in the next 3-5 days. However its 27th June now, and I am still waiting. So its already 2 weeks since I cancelled the order and I did not get my refund. Please register my complaint and do the needful. My order no. is 3110373431027.
