My USER ID : 1106702524 and I was using tikona services till Feb 2014. Bill for that month B1-47255745 for INR 660 was duly paid by me on 18th Feb 2014 online. As I was leaving that house, I called tikona support team and asked them to deactivate my account and send someone to remove the installed wires. Since no one turned up, i got them removed from some one else and moved out. However, since then i am being continuously bullied by tikona tele callers to pay charges for May 2014. I fail to understand the logic here. I was not using your service from 1st March 2014 and then also tikona guys keep on calling me to make the payment? I tried explaining the logic to tikona tele callers and i thought they understood. No one called me from last 1 month or so. However, today i got a call from +917727855449 from a person claiming to a lawyer (on behalf of Tikona) and he threatened me that a civil case would be filed against my wife if we do not pay the amount wrongly shown due against my name. This has caused serious mental distress in my family. However, I humbly asked him to go ahead as i refuse to budge against this strong arm tactic by tikona. Also, when i checked my tikona online account today, i was surprised to see INR 975 odd balance payble by me.. Can some one help me here??
