Tikona Broadband – Amount not refunded

Hi, My Tikona ID(1106988953) I applied for sifting but Tikona care Engineer checked that there is no range for Tikona device. Before my bill payment Tikona Customer care person assure me if there is no range at sifting place then my remaining amount will refund. When I call Customer care they told me after service disconnection you can send mail regarding Bill Refund. after that when i call they told me it will take 45 days now they told me your reaming amount will not refund. During the sifting i daily called them to install device in new place but due to there poor service it takes more than 15 days and for service disconnection i called so many times but they takes more than 4 Month now they are doing such type of things. Tikona guys do your work in professional way.
