Tikona broadband connectivity issues – Review

Hi Team , I am tikona broband user and facing the Broadband connectivity issue/ slow speed issue from last 10-15 days ,almost everyday i have to call the tikona customer care regarding this,they will simply raise a ticket against it and say it ill get fixed in next 8Hrs but it will never get fixed. I have even esclated this issue in tikona but i have not been assisted in any way. PFB the Tikona broadband ticket # that i raised for the same:- 1-3152721xxx -Tikona complain # 1-3152595132 = Tikona Plan Change 1-3154763xxx= new ticket #—–resolved got mail 1-3161654192= 14-07-2014 — 1-3164798361= 17-07-2014 1-3164902826= 17-07-2014 No Internet- closed 1-3164902931=17-07-2014 No internet – re opened refund 1-3164932014 =17-07-2014 Plan change 2Mbps Hence i am raising this concern here to expedite the process and also i demand full refund from the day the issue got started. Also i want action to be taken against tikona regarding for fooling customer and giving false hope.

I want full refund for the period from the date the issue started also the compensation amount as every day i need to call them. I also demand legal action to be taken against the tikona for giving false hope and not providing Proper promised service.
