On 25/9/2014 i took new Tikona Internet connection , the sales guys who came to give connection took my number i.e. 98508XX751 but while entering in system he botched with my name. So he asked me an alternate number, so i gave the number. Now every month i have to charge that number due to no. registered with tikona I am facing issue often with tikona connection , just now had a talk with some of your executive he said i got ur problem and will tranfer to technical department but he cut the call. Strict action need to be taken on such employee with attitude I need 98508XX751 number to be registered with my user id is 1111218468 I had made multiple complaint regarding this and also send sms but nothing had been done.

Ask tikona to work on there defect instead of harassing customer mentally and economically.
