Tikona Broadband Speed is Too Slow – Review

I had got Tikona Broadband connection in January 2014. I had a plan of 2 MBps speed. It was working fine till June 2014. From July I started facing slow speed issue for which I called the customer care many a times. Every time they told me that there is no issue with the device they had installed at my location. Rather there is some issue with the tower that sends the signals. I had got 5 different complaint numbers at various occassions:1-3153640887, 1-3159161261, 1-3162002744, 1-3162002801 , 1-3166680744. When they were not able to resolve the issue and I was having continuous problem then I asked them to disconnect the internet on 26 July. The request number for the same was 1-3173025171. They told me that it will be done in 15 days. But its been 19 days and I am calling the customer care every single day to get this disconnected. But no-one has ever call me back or visited my location for disconnection.

I want this connection removed instantly and do not want any more bill coming to me.
