Tikona – Connection Not Working Properly and Termination request pending

Hi, I am a subscriber of Tikona with service ID:1106940659. For the past 4 months the connection is not working properly. Despite, numerous visits the problem remains unsolved. Last month, I raised a request for disconnection for which I was informed that in the next 15 days the connection will be terminated and next 10 days they will be trying to fix the issues. Even after 1 month neither my problem is resolved nor connection terminated. Due to numerous visit I have to give time which hampered my work in office.I need my connection terminated and also compensation for harassment caused.

I am a software engineer working for clients abroad. Has to check mails frequently while at home. Due to the problem my work gets affected also had to invest time for engineers visit which remains futile.

I want refund of subscription charges from the date of raising request as well as compensation for harassment caused.
