Tikona – Constant calls came asking for bill payment

I took the internet connection of tikona from july 26 2011- January 2012.The whole amount was paid in advance(6000 for 2 mbps) for 6 months. But within 3-4 days the promised speed was not met But even after constant mails and calls the repair was never done. After 6 months the sales call came for renewal which I turned down and said i dnt want your service. But they billed me and started asking for money. There connection was never used and also for the month of January the internet was not working so i never bothered thinking.

I want No calls from them i want them to stop sending me mails. I want them to refund 1 month of internet fees i.e. January for which the internet never worked even after calls and reminders
