Tikona – failed to provide leased line service

we wanted a leased line for multiple computers but tikona failed to provide such a service.we could use this service only for a single computer.we talked to tikona executive to terminate the service on 1st week of Feb 2014.now they want 1 month extra payment. we already paid upto 28th feb in advance.

as we had already instructed them to terminate the service 1 month in advance, we are not liable to pay any extra amount.
