I have been harassed and threatened by Tikona, and Tikona legal team, and some unknown personal about 1000 Rs which I supposed to pay for using their services just for 22 days. Even after I had paid a months advance with Installation fees of 2600 RS. The plan I took up was F4096, this is 1500 rs per month. I got the service only for 22 Days, I had sent a mail to Tikona for asking refund, they replied by saying they accepted the waiver. I took the plan in April 2014, ended the plan in May 2014. I had sent the mail by mid of May 2014. I am still getting calls every 5 days from unknown numbers and threatening a case is registered against me in Delhi high court. Every time I ask for the case number I get different number. I plead you to please take strong action against Tikona and make sure no other customer goes through what I have gone through and still going through.

-Take strict actions against Tikona -Want the proper reason why 1000 rs was added to my bill, even after I paid the plans said amount -Register a case of extortion against the following numbers: +917734841454 another number from Tikona
