Tikona – Internet connectivity issue not resolved

I had taken broadband connection from Tikona on 16th april 2015 4MBPS plan. by the very next day i started to face sever internet connectivity issues. 2> despite making repeated complaints, the issue was not resolved. Now as per the commitment from tikona and their agent MR. BHAGIRAT SHARMA [+91 9594436441] who also took additional money Rs. 1000 over and above the official installation charges of Rs. 500 by stating that is it the wiring cost and the engineers fees . Which later on i came to know that it was his cut..!!! He also committing that if unhappy with the connection and if a disconnection request is raised withing one month, the entire money will be refunded after deducting the installation charges of Rs. 500 so my claim comes to 2250-500 = Rs. 1750. + the additional Rs. 1000 = Rs. 2750 3> When i approached him, he had now stopped picking up my calls and later on blocked my numbers as well. 4> when i made a termination request on 6th may 2015, i got an email in return stating that the money will be refunded within 24-46 after after 14-16 days are over. i will get a confirmation email in return as well.. when i did a follow up with them on 24th may 2015 and prior to that..around 2-4 days, i get a same response that you will get confirmation within 24-48 hours. i sent 5 email reminders to them but no action from their side. last when i called them they challenged me stating that they have not sent any kind of email which stated that money will be refunded after 14-16 days…and in fact they say you will receive your refund after 60 days..!!!

I want my refund Rs. 2750 at the earliest
