Tikona – No proper connectivity from last 6 months

I have been facing connectivity issues right from the day one. But from past 6 months it has increased many-folds. The issue could not be resolved and engineers are not able to solve the problem. Inspite of all assurances I have not got a proper response. They have also refused to refund the prepaid recharge amount. When I try to reach them on mail I get a response that my email id is not registered. When I checked with them they said it is registered.

Complete refund of all recharges done in last 4 months. Complete refund of security deposit and installation charges Payment of excess mobile bill installation charges of other service provider whom I subscribe with
