Dear Sir/Madam I am Srikanth having a internet connection with Tikona User ID 1111073790. From 2 months my internet is not working and I complained a lot of times regarding this to their customer service, but till now proper response or solution I could not get from them. I have called them for 40 minutes every day (twice in a day) each time they are responding same as your problem is going to clear in 6hrs or etc…. I messed up with this connection, I have given mail to them if they are not able to provide internet at my place I told them to disconnect, and for that mail also I haven’t received any response till now.Now i am getting calls for due payment,why should i pay if im not using internet from 2months, this two months i have faced so many problems,i trusted these ppl, even i have disconnected my data card connection also, If I go for the new connection I have to pay deposit and installation charges once again.
