I had asked the connection to be discontinued w.e.f. 26th Jan.2013. An amount of Rs.2300/- was to be refunded to me by you people because you were not able to provide the services. A building was erected in the way to your tower from which the device was to catch its signal. And that was not my problem. So you guys decided to discontinue my services and refund the amount to me.

After several calls and contacts with the local guy Umesh Gupta(9971443565) I haven’t received the refund yet. And I fail to understand why is it so difficult for you guys to straighten this out.

I want the refund ASAP. This is the last thing I am trying to settle the issue in an amicable way. Now my next step would be to hire a lawyer and pay him thousands of rupees to sue this company which is treating its customers in a such an unprofessional manner
