Hello core team, Issue escalated with complains no.(77471.3.2014) is still not resolved. no one from Tikona responded on my last mail. They are not interested to address my issue and realize my pain point and to answer my queries. I am still getting the threatening and abusing calls specially on sat and sun and asked to be present in various courts. Recently I got the call from the No.0882669xxxx, 01166458100. Due to this behaviour of tikona team I am facing huge mental torture. being a patient it is very critical for my health. I also suffered with heavy financial and other losses due to poor Internet service of Tikona and mental harassment by threatening calls. Request you to plz look into the issue intervene strongly, and help me to get it resolved permanently ASAP.

1.To Stop payment reminders calls with immediate effect. 2. Compesation of my financial loss due to poor service and mental harassment 3.Resolution of this issue permanently ASAP. 4.Point to point answer of my quires raised in the sent to TDN services on (24 Feb 2014 11:03 pm) 4.Maximum written communication from to resolve the issue 5. Supporting doc signed by me where it is written that I have to pay whole amount even if service not available.
