Tikona – Payment refund bill waiver

Tikona internet service provider has just been postponding my disconnection since last 3 months ( user ID 1103679233- Amit Kumar) also their customer care executives have been giving me wrong commitments and promises and even giving a complaint no and then closing it themselves without actually resolviing my consistenet internet issue . Even their engineers assigned have told that their is some issues with network, then modem etc many atimes still they have not acted on my discontinuation request till 25.08.2014. Mean while they having been sending me their bills and almost forced me to pay their bill for the months of June and July with such a pathetic service. Now again they want me to pay the bill of August amounting to Rs.709. I have already payed for 2 earlier months and I do not want to pay this months billas I am not using it . Also they have been telling me that they will be waving my earlier paid amounts but still they have not waived that amount. Now when I forced them that I am not going to pay the bill and my connection sould be disconnected or else I will file a complaint against them then have processed the complaint but now they are asking me to pay the due amount. Kindly help to get my earlier paid bills refunded and the current bill amount to be deleted. Some of the tikona complaint reference nos are as below, I have calling almost daily and daily they have been giving some reference no of which some of them are as below 4704571- April 12, 4854722- May 27 5070655- July 26, 1-3186563861-8

Refund of June and July months payed bill of Rs.1400 (approx) and deletion of August bill( Rs.709)
