Tikona Signal Problem Technical Team Not Responding

Complaint is from beginning Internet signal was weak. I paid 2800 rupees(27 May 2014) at initial, they told me 3 months bill included, after a week i complaint regarding not working and technical team came and told me that it will be resolve in a week because they have to boost our local booster… after that also it remains same then I complain again and again… 2, 3 technical people came and check after 6 weeks they told me your internet signal was too weak better you cancel the connection. I call to customer care and told about issue and cancel request for my connection. They have not cancelled my connection and now they billing me Rs.1975.02, they cancelled my connection on 1/10/2014 as automatic. I emailed twice no reply for it… Customer care call to me everyday, If i attend the call no body respond me correctly. If i talk about the issue they cut the call and next day different people call to me and ask for billing…

I dont want any call from them, its irritating. And they have to pay me for this mental pressure. Really very bad customer support.
