The service provider is unable to provide the promised service in terms of internet speed and consistency. I have taken their subscription about 7 months back and till now my experience has been nothing short of horrifying. I have paid my bills on time however every few days the internet service goes down. I pay almost Rs. 1000 every month but the service quality is pathetic. This time after feeling helpless and cheated, I have stopped paying my bills since I have not received any resolution to my issue – for which I have raised the query multiple times in the past with Tikona. I have sent several reminders to the company but nobody is bothered to address my issue. Finally I have lost my patience and writing to you. Kindly help me in the matter. Thank You.
To be fair, I only want reversal of the charges during which my internet has been working either slow or has seized to work at all. I have used Tikona’s service in many occasions wherein I have received the speed and consistency and for that I do not wish for any relief. However as mentioned earlier, I only request for redressal for the period wherein the service was not upto the mark – beginning the time from when I first subscribed for the service till date.
