This is to inform Tikona Broadband Digital Networks that, despite lapse of over 3 months the concerns/ problems raised by me are not yet resolved. In spite repeated mails and calls the problems raised by me are not resolved. Every time I call to the technical support team a new person answers the call in-spite with no data regarding the same complaint number I am discussing. As I mentioned in my below mail that, since 29-Oct-13 the internet connection has totally stopped working, it is not even loading login page. Today after repeated follow-up with you technical support team One Mr. Sharad Patil attained the technical issue by visiting the premises at around 3 PM, he made the connection working and left the premises, within next 10 minutes he left the connection again lost. When I called him back and informed him regarding the same, he straight way told me he can not come back again and he asked me to lodge a separate complaint by calling technical support again.
Helplessly I have again called the technical support and after waiting for 40 minutes on call hold my call was connected to One Mr. Manoj Hande. Again he was totally blank regarding my concerns so I had to give him entire history of problems. AND this Manoj Hande told me that nobody including him from Tikona technical support team can assure me regarding whether my connectivity issue will be actually solved or not. He said again within next 24Hrs another person will visit my premises to check with the same issue.
You people are making mockery of the process and harassing the customers to the worst extent. I am totally fed up with running from piller to post that to after paying for the services I am seeking. I had already given specific instructions to Mr. Manoj Hande that I AM NOT AT ALL INTERESTED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERNET CONNECTION FACILITY AND NEED TO DISCONNECT THE INTERNET ON IMMEDIATE BASIS.
As the broad band connection which is provided to me is totally against the information supplied to me and never matched up the connection speed which was promised to me, therefore I do not want to continue with any of your services. At various times I have been cheated by staff members of yours by giving false advices and promises, necessary action should be taken against such persons.
AGAIN BY THIS MAIL I GIVE YOU STANDING INSTRUCTIONS TO DISCONNECT THE INTERNET FACILITY AND REFUND MY DEPOSIT AMOUNT ON IMMEDIATE BASIS. I have recorded all the telephonic conversation and I have got all the documentary proofs regarding your inaction on my complaint. I will be availing civil & criminal remedy provided under Law against you and all the concern persons named in my mails.
