Tikona Initially wifi not working, raised a complaint issue ticket closed without resolution when called up to check da status, later after 2 days internet connection not working raised another complaint (tat was for 24 hours) no resolution . Called customer service lot of time and also contacted local service provider but no resolution provided the concern person did not even bother to listen he would disconnect the called in between. Service not even used for a month from installation date. Charged installation charged along with 2months rental in advance in total charged 3200 . I don’t want this kind of service anymore am happy with refund of my amount alone which I had paid.

Get rid of this cheating service provider . They made lot of promises on providing better service. Particularly the local service provider assured me of better service than reliance which I used prior to this. But now I realised Tikona is the worst service provider , this is my first complaint , not resolved , service not even used for a month. I don’t want to experience this kind of pain again.
