i have paid rs. 1600 online on 13 nov 2013 vide order number : 1248465 & sub order id: 400600 towards buying resume zapping services but all in vein i.e. i never got the service/benefit, hence i feel cheated!!! on enquiring about the same every time the call centre person assured me to solve it within an hour but it never happened, neither i got back any call from them for solving my problem. kindly help.

my loss of rs. 1600 my loses of faith on them i am feeling cheated and demoralised i am taking anti depression pills for this cheating on me.

either they would give me back my money back with interest = rs. 1600+interest or they would provide me the services with proof thereafter
