Dear Sir, This is to inform you that from 9 th Feb 2016 I am calling to TOI Chennai office for new Times of India subscription, I made around 10 to 15 calls out of that I was told person will come to collect the check but not reported. Then again I have tried in June 2016 Finally one person came & TOI given be subscriptions , number is 35034778. In which I have been told paper delivery will start from 16 th june 2016. I have called 16,17& 18,20,&21 st June 2016 to helpline number but still the delivery not started. Now I am sure that I have to do follows ups only for getting news paper next one year as very bad experienced all the events. Now Pls start delivering of the news paper at earliest.

This type of cheating should not happen next time to any other person. I need my money back with dignity.
