Dear sir, I have paid Times of India annual subscription as attached, commencing from February 16th 2014 but i am not getting paper. I had the same problem even last year. I didn’t receive newspaper for 6 months even after 10 complaints. This year, already one month gone. I will file a case in consumer court and also escalate this to your head office.
