I ordered a BLACKBERRY CURVE 9220 on 23rd Jul 2012 06:04 pm . i paid them through an ICICI credit card. the order is not delivered till date despite of many reminders through mails and calls. ORDER NO.10294274. it was ordered for Rs. 9890.

I want the product to be delivered within a week or the money should be refunded.
