I have payed INR 9490/- for my Samsung CE104VD 28 Ltr Convection Microwave Oven at TIMTARA on 30/10/2012.My order No 10345670. as per terms and condition of timtara it must be delivered in 21 working days to the customer. still no product had been dispatched.on 02/01/2013 i have cancel my order.to conform my cancellation i called them 01353051500 and there call representative told me the status of order is cancle. but i didn’t got any information about refund amount Rs 9490.00 nor cancellation.

I want to get back my money as i conform via there call representative.01353051500.my ORDER NO 10345670. I am also requesting you to seal such fack e shopping sites who cheat customer like me.
