Non delivery of my Order details given below – Order Id : 10364812 Order Date : 2012-12-07 07:28:31 (7th Dec 2012) Status : Awaiting Shipment I have communicated on all the contact nos. provided on the website number of times but failed to receive any satisfactory response. Even my email did not find any response. During last call to the customer care (made after committed period of 3 weeks delivery time) – I was told to wait for another 24 “working” hours ( 3 days) to get a response of my complaint of non receipt of my order.
I have wasted lot of time in waiting for the order after making total payment on the order placement day. Further, I have also wasted a lot of time & money (telephone bill) in contacting them on the nos. provided by them for a satisfactory response & delivery confirmation. Interest loss on the payment made is a hidden expense.
Immediate shipment of my order with surety of brand new product being shipped with proper mfg. warranty in good & sealed pack condition (& providing shipment tracking details). & if possible impose penalty for late delivery OR If the above is not possible Refund of the total amount with interest & expenses incurred from my account during this period.
