Order for three tiems were placed on www.timtara.com on 8th Dec, 2012 for following items: 1. order no. 10365030 for Foam wallet by walletnbag 2. order no. 10365032 for Nokia Lumia 510 mobile phone 3. order number 10365034 Panasonic SC XH70 Home Theater total amount paid by me is Rs 16,045.00/- vide BOB internet banking. I was promised by the call certer people that i will receive all items within three weeks of order placement, which comes out to be 29th Dec, 2012. Today is 8th Jan, 2013 and i am yet to receive any of the items of my order. every time I happen to call timtara call center they give a simple reply that they have forwarded the complain to the concerned department and you will get a call back from the company about the status of the delivery. Till date i have not received any such call from timtara and they are not ready to share the status of my items. You are requested to kindly take up this matter , as i am feeling that I have been cheated by timtara.com.

If items may be delivered in this week or else cancel my order and refund my money in my account.
