I purchased Order #10385982 from timtara.com on 17/2/2013 and the order is not shipped yet. Every time I tried to contact them they say same excuses. And noew they are not answearing me. I found on web that this is a no 1 fraud co. I also found that there are lot of victims. The mony from my ICICI acc was transacted through portal. The amount I paid was 3299/-

I could not buy a new mobile phone and i am very troubled. I need refund
