I have orderd an Zync z1000 pad from www.timtara.com on 07 feb 2013 amount Rs 9289.00 and paid with sbi debit card. Still the product has not been delivered to me. After complaining to customer care no.given on the site 0135-3051500 and through mail no satisfactory reply has been answered. and in the order status still shows awaiting shipment. My timtara order no.is 10394452.

Please note either my product deliverd or my amount back
