I have ordered a E6 nokia mobile phone( order number 10339860) and 16 gb HP pen-drive( order no 10339858) through timtara.com via online shopping services provided by the site timtara.com on 16/10/2012.They assured delivery of the product within 3 weeks . But they didnot deliver anything in 3 weeks.After a lot of chasing and filing complaints at timtara.com they delivered 16gb HP pendrive in december 2012,but till now i have not received E6 nokia mobile phone.

I paid Rs 14948 on 16/10/2012,and till now i have received product worth Rs 590. I have not received product for Rs 14358 even after passage of 9 months.Apart from this i have called several times to customer care of timtara.com but never get any fruitful result.

I want my money back i.e. Rs 14358 with interest.
