They sold a TagHeur eyewear with warranty of 2 years to me including for its color and Crizal lenses. But after 1 month it started loosing it’s paint, I consult them but they refused to correct the problem and also refused to replace the product. I contacted to the higher to their costumer care but it was waste. Now the eyewear is throwing out paint at every place and the lenses also started cracking but they are not listening me.

Either replace the product or refund the money.
