I have purchased a Ray Ban sun-glass from TITAN EYE+ which situated at above address. Sales Order No:TKBS002787 Invoice No: BJF0002642 Invoice Date: 16/11/2012 But franchise sold the item to me by misrepresentation -misguide. He told me that frame is last smallest number of Ray Ban sunglasses and I trust him. But after one week I find the smallest frame to another franchise. Then I immediately contact franchise (SHIMMER), area manager and head office Bangalore but they didn’t change the sun-glass and not solve the matter. So, sir, please solve this matter
