I have purchased a drill machine with order id :TOD100211217 and paid through my credit card on 20/02/2015. But the company Tolexo .com neither receiving my phone nor replying to my mail. There is no update of my product, no shipping details. till now they have not confirmed my product after receiving money also.

I have used to call them 1 hour airtime daily through my mobile phone, there is no response to my product. there phone is always busy. I want my product to be delivered in my home address with compensation of my waiting and mobile expenses.
